Speaking of bracketology, why don't we analyze this upcoming ACCT to cut our teeth?

I like Virginia, Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, and Clemson on Thursday
Then Duke, Virginia Tech, Maryland, and Clemson on Friday
Then Duke and Maryland on Saturday
and for the sake of being a giant homer, Maryland to win it all.

According the the ACC presser, GV got 39, Scheyer 12, Deleany 2.
The ACC also recognizes Vasquez as the first actual foreign born player to win this particular award, as Tim Duncan was born in the US Virgin Islands and was therefore born a US citizen.
http://www.theacc.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/...

2010 BF Moses Ayegba will pick a college within the next week according to his guardian.

Ayegba is a 6-foot-9 defensive specialist who plays for Progressive Christian Academy in Maryland and is considering Georgetown, Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland, Seton Hall, Tennessee and UCLA. Georgetown still appears to be the leader.

Meanwhile, Sterling Gibbs, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound class of 2011 recruit, said Wake (we offer everyone) Forest, Florida, Virginia and Connecticut have recently gotten involved. He already has offers from DePaul, Indiana, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Seton Hall.

Yep, looking forward to this ACC tournament. I want them to keep winning. Not going to worry about this view that it is better to lose early and rest up for the NCAA. Wouldn't an ACC tournament title make a nice addition to the Comcast rafters. Got a lot of work to do if it is to happen. Probably three tough games.

Have you guys seen the latest bracketology? I would gladly take the 6 seed for that draw. Selection Sunday is going to be wonderful this year. I cannot wait to analyze all the potential match ups for the Terps. What am I going to do to kill the time until then...oh, how about watch the rejuvinated Terps take a stab at winning the ACC tourney. Only a few more chances to see GV's magic. I'm getting misty.

I concur....I remember listening to the Md./Gtown game on the radio and almost having an accident when we won...to the first time we went back to the dance...falling off my sofa in pure excitement...then Joe Smith beating UMASS in the 2nd round to go to the sweet sixteen with the famous phrase for all of us "and the #2 seed is in trouble"...then Steve Blake hitting the 3 pointer to send us back to the final four...dancing in my living room...only to travel to Atlanta to watch them win in person...the best night in my sports life
