    Gary Williams Has Been Sleeping At The Comcast Center

    Let there be no doubt about Gary Williams  desire to coach.  He’s been sleeping at the Comcast Center because he doesn’t want to risk getting stuck in the snow on the way to the game tomorrow.  That is incredible.  You find me another 63 year old with that kind of dedication?

    In other news, the University is preparing to let students without tickets into the CC tomorrow assuming may ticket holders will remain home.  If MD students don’t pack the joint than I give up.  The Terps are streaking.  The defending champs are in town.  They better fill up the place.

      If we're ahead of UNC convincingly late in the 2nd half the student section should point at the UNC bench and chant "N-I-T...N-I-T..."

      Students without tix will be let in at 1:45pm. So if you have tix and u don't want a student warming ur seat up make sure you get to comcast before 1:45pm. Of course the student will have to give up your seat once you arrive but...u know.

      Slightly off topic but I watched the Utah State game last night and their student section had some creative chants. Great stuff. Wish the Terps students could do something creative like this. Check out the videos

      That "winning team/losing team" is HAWT! And turning their back on the visiting team introduction...not sure if I like it more than the newspapers but it's kinda kewl

      Yes, it was me LOL I'm just so fired up for this game I prolly got a bit carried away. I can't stand UNC and it's the game I look forward to the most.

      Just having fun dude, lighten up! BTW, I think we're all a little nervous about the Heels. I can't believe what I'm going to say, this being UNC and all that, but this game has the feel/makings of a classic trap game. Come on Terps! Don't take down FSU on the raod and then come home and shit the bed! Carpe Diem! JWB!

      Am I the only one that is nervous about this game? Alot of students and avid fans at the game. Hell I will be there and I have about 100 miles round trip drive. All the makings for an upset. We need to jump out early and keep them down.

      Good luck sledding to the game. Do be careful and give yourself at least an extra hour to get there.

      100 miles. That is impressive. I am about 15 minutes away from campus. I would love to go but my car is completely buried in snow. I might never get out.

      Starting around 10pm last night Terp fans started calling UNC players in their hotel rooms. Smh...that's too early. These kids usually don't go to sleep b4 1am. They shoulda started calling at 4am just when they were getting some deep sleep lol

      Go Gary! He's prolly got a pimped out office and he's been up there banging cheerleaders two at a time, while yelling at an assistant coach and saying "see this is how it's done".

      I kinda doubt that hes sleeping in the actual Comcast Center, Im sure theres a room/hotel kinda thing or something on campus, but yeah, nobody is as dedicated as Gary.

      Actually, on the UMUC campus in the Adult Education Center there are a few hotel type rooms. Very modest, but on a weekend like this quite welcome. It's a building that you see from Adelphi Road...has a parking garage next to it that was built in the late 80's/early 90's.
