Jer, Rubio is going back to Spain rather than play for Minny. The agent doesn't like Minny and did not like Washington. He was not going to play for the Wiz. The Wiz have 6 guys 24 and under.. that's plenty of youth. It was a good deal.

Ok, now I can get back to the Terps. And folks, how hard is it to skip a comment or two if you don't like it. Anyone who has been with us for a while know that 99% of the time we are all Terps all the time. If Jeremy doesn't get things like that off his chest, he could have a coronary. Trust me, it's better for his health to throw down a rant every now and then.

I'll vote for that. That way hopefully Terp related material doesn't get mixed in, and I don't have to go through other stuff, which I don't care about.

Jeremy, if you wish to post about non-Terp subjects, could you please create a Terps post immediately thereafter, so that UMD relevant information does not have to be added to the former. I haven't lived in the Maryland area in over 30 years, and couldn't care less about the Wizards, Orioles, etc.; yet I have to sift through those discussions to find out that one of our recruits committed to UVA. That would seem to satisfy both factions.

Sorry for the double post but just read this in the Sun. DBR nailed it on the head when he said Gary is now casting a very wide net in recruiting. Seems to be a new name every week. I guess the only downside to that strategy is it can be used against you in recruiting. Another college can say “they are looking at three guys at your position. They don't really care about you”

I like the new strategy. When you are dealing with 18 year old kids you have to cover your azz. Who knows what they will do.
