Terps vs BC

2013-02-19T10:47:15 This is the classic letdown game if ever there was one.  Everyone knows it. The fans, the coaches, the players (maybe, hopefully).  What can be done to prevent it? 

Well, for one thing, Maryland needs to feed the post. Alex Len demonstrated on Saturday why he is a likely Lottery Pick in June.  If BC chooses to double-team him, Len must be effective at passing out of the double team to find a viable second option.

The Terps must continue their good free throw shooting and rebounding advantages. 

BC plays tough at home and the Terps are likely to get all they can handle tonight.  Nevertheless, a win is expected and necessary.  After BC, Maryland faces Clemson, Georgia Tech and Wake Forest.  The Terps must go 4-0.  22-7 heading into the UNC and UVA games will mean that the Terps only need to get a split to earn an NCAA berth.
