Sam Cassell Jr Re-ups With Maryland

2012-04-21T20:14:51.03 It's a great day for Maryland as Sam Cassell Jr made it official before the tipoff of the Capitol Classic this evening.  Turgeon will now have s 7 new players suiting up for Midnight Madness.   Smotrycz won't play during the season but the rest will. 

I expect Sam Jr to play a big role.  His improved dramatically each year he's been a prep and he's got great size.  His pedigree doesn't hurt either.  I can't wait to see him in action.

The Terps can and will make noise next year.  Think about Tom Crean and Indiana this year if you want a team to compare us to.  After what we've been through, that would be outstanding.
