Georgia Southern and UNC Threads

2012-11-24T12:21:49.89 Our football team is playing hard but virtually unable to do anything offensively. Even so, they merit some space on today's game thread.

The bigger game is against Georgia Southern at Comcast Center.  The basketball team needs play much better than what we saw in the second half vs. Lafayette.  Granted, Lafayette was on fire hitting 15 threes, but they cleary exploited some weak Terp perimeter defense.

Tonight, we should be looking for a much better defensive performance from our guards.  What's more, I'd like to see better shot selection out of Faust, Wells, et.al.  We've yet to see the Terps catch fire from beyond the arc. Tonight would be a good one to get off the snide.
