#17 Maryland at Oklahoma State

12/21/2014 8:24:45 AM Maryland faces a stiff test this afternoon as the Terps travel to Stillwater to take on Oklahoma State. The Cowboys feature dynamic swingman Le'Bryan Nash.  Nash is a wide-bodied wingman who can get to the rim against anyone.  He sounds a lot like Dez Wells and unfortunately Maryland will be without Dez's services again today.

I expect OK St to give the Terps all they can handle.  The Terps will need to be hot from three but also demonstrate a willingness to take advantage of their height down low.  Melo Trimble will need to play like he did against Iowa State.

Big Ten teams have been dropping like flies with Michigan State's inexplicable loss to Texas Southern added to losses by Purdue and Ohio State yesterday. Despite being ranked, it's hard to expect a win and refrain from Maryland to this list.  However, a loss today won't exactly hurt the Terps come March.  A win and our out of conference schedule will be an asset not a liability for the first time in years.
